( Sukuk.net - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) revealed on Thursday that it would sign a loan agreement with Ethiopia in the coming days worth KD 7 million (USD 24.5 million) for the execution of the Wekiro-Zalambessa road project. In a press statement, the KFAED said that the agreement is to be signed in the Ethipian capital, Addis Ababa and will aim at supporting the transport of people and goods between the northern regions of Ethiopia and Eritrea. In the event of the signature of the agreement, the KFAED would have provided Ethiopia with four loans altogether; three in the fields of transport and energy worth a total of KD 21.7 million (USD 75.95).
