(Sukuk.net - Qatar News Agency)  Sultan Qaboos Bin Said of Oman issued last night a decree endorsing the Sultanate's joining the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Sultan Qaboos also issued a decree ratifying the Rules of Origin pact pertaining to the system of commercial preferential treatment among member states of the Organization of Islamic Conference, and another decree ratifying the protocol on the preferential tariff scheme (pretas) for trade preferential treatment.
