Government of Dubai announces restructuring of Dubai World

“The Government of Dubai, acting through the Supreme Fiscal Committee (“SFC”), has authorised the Dubai Financial Support Fund (“DFSF”) to spearhead the restructure of Dubai World with immediate effect.
