- Aa3 to the AED [2,761,000,000] [55] percent Class A Secured Sukuk Certificate due 2012 and Legal Final Maturity of 2015;
- A3 to the AED [251,000,000] [5] percent Class B Secured Sukuk Certificate due 2012 and Legal Final Maturity of 2015;
- Baa3 to the AED [1,004,000,000] [20] percent Class C Secured Sukuk Certificate due 2012 and Legal Final Maturity of 2015; and
- NR to the AED [1,004,000,000] [20] percent Class D Secured Sukuk Certificate due 2012 and Legal Final Maturity of 2015.
