May 19 (Bloomberg) -- pLUS Expressways Bhd., Malaysiaâs biggest toll road operator, plans to sell about 600 million ringgit ($170 million) of Islamic bonds, known as sukuk, to repay maturing debt. CIMB Investment Bank Bhd. is helping the Kuala Lumpur-based company sell Musharakah sukuk in an offer that may close as soon as tomorrow, pLUS corporate affairs general manager How Seet Ming said in a phone interview today. The money may be used to repay a 550 million ringgit of senior sukuk due this month, she said. pLUS has another 558 million ringgit of bonds maturing in 2010 and another 1.36 billion ringgit in 2011, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
